You always believed in me and pushed me to become a better player and person every single day. You helped improve my confidence, my skills, and my understanding of the game so much. No matter how tough training got, you always encouraged us to work harder and never give up on ourselves. Your passion, dedication, and work ethic really stand out because it's clear that you genuinely care about every player you coach and only want to see us succeed both on and off the field. What I appreciate most is how supportive and motivating you are. You never stopped pushing us to reach our potential, while also making football enjoyable and building a positive environment for everyone. A lot of the growth I've had in my football journey came from the lessons, encouragement, and mindset you taught me. Thank you for everything you've done for me and all your players. "Hello my name is Campbell Rahn, and I used to be a rep soccer player. I played for an academy when I was 4 years old and continued my rep journey until I was 14. I still wanted to play soccer and have fun, so I joined a house league, and in doing so, I met Coach Bobby. He did not coach me the first year I joined, but once I played against his team and saw how he coached, I immediately wanted to be on his team. From then on, I always requested to be on his team and I've been fortunate enough to be on his squad for 2 seasons now. I was never a very vocal player and he made me come out of my shell and start becoming a more vocal player. He's pushed me to try new things and has never disrespected me or anyone he's talked to. Coach Bobby doesn't just see you as a player, but as a person who wants to see you become a better person as well as an athlete. You don't see that very often in coaches, so I would recommend to anyone who wants to get into soccer, join his development and training. I wish I had him as a coach when I was younger."

"Coach Bobby is the type of coach who makes players want to be better versions of themselves, not just on the pitch but off of it as well. I've played for Coach Bobby for the last couple of years. Coach helped me learn a lot of important skills. One of the main ones being my leadership. He helped me find my voice the first year on his team. I was quiet and never spoke out until he pushed me to speak. Even the year after when I wasn't on his team, he still encouraged me from the sidelines. Coach sees potential in everyone — it doesn't matter the skill level, he will help and build you as a player and as part of a team. One interaction that stuck with me: after a rough game where my other coach criticized me harshly, Coach Bobby told me "You're an analyzer and a perfectionist... your brain works 100x better when you can see the entire game playing out. That's why you make such a good goalkeeper now." Coach is a friend, a father figure and a hell of a coach. He will always encourage you, always help you, and always poke fun at you if you're an Arsenal fan 😂. I had the absolute pleasure of playing for him!"
